8 Slices of Salmon
1 Spoon of Lemon Juice
1/2 Spoon of White Pepper
40gr of Butter
250gr of Mushrooms
1 Glass of Dry White Wine
30gr of flour
250ml of Sour Cream
1/2 Bunch of Dill
Salt, Sugar and Water.
Let the sliced salmon rest on some lemon juice and the salt and peppr that you prefer.
Peel and cut the onions in slices.
Fry the onions in the butter and add the mushrooms cut into very thin slices.
Add the salmon slices to this and leave it in the fire for 5 more minutes.
Put water so as to cover everything and continue with the cooking for around 20 more minutes.
Keep the slices away from the pan.
Dissolve the flour in cold water and add it to the liquid mixture with the white wine.
After 8 minutes, add the cream, the sugar, the pepper and the salt.
Put the slices in the dish, and mix the sauce with the mushrooms.
This can be accompained by fried or normal potatos.
