200 gr of Salmon
200 gr of Whitefish
3 Green Chili
2 Spoons of Cilantrum
1 Spoon of Chopped Onion
Cut the two salmons in squares of aproximatedly 3 cm.
Boil the water in a pan. When the water starts boiling, introduce the whitefish till whitening it. After this, do the same procedure with the salmon and then take it away.
Cut the tomatos and the green chilis in cubes.
Mix on a glass platter the whitefish and the salmon, along with the chilis, tomatos, and the chopped onion.
Add some taste to it with a spoon of olive oil, salt, pepper and some lemon juice.
It can be served in cocktail cups and around 4 or 5 persons can eat it.
