3 Portions of Salmon
2 Big Spoons of Olive Oil
1 Squeezed Lemon
Half an onion cut in Julienne Style
A Cup of Water
Wash and the dry the salmon portions.
Warm the pan with an easy fire including the olive oil.
Saute for 3 minutes the salmon portions continuing with the easy fire.
Add the Julienne cut onions, the lemon juice and the cup of water.
Cook with the pan closed only half way for 15 minutes. After that take it away from the fire and let it rest for 10 minutes.
