1kg of Salmon
400gr of Potatos
1/2 Red Pepper
1/2 Big Onion
Salt and Pepper
Cut and peel the potatos in slices, the red pepper in strips and the onion in julienne style.
On one part of the oven we must make a surface with the ingredients named before and add sliced lemon and salt to it.
We add water to it and put it in the oven at 180 degrees.
When the vegetables are already cooked, we put the salmon in the oven along with the vegetables, add salt and pepper to it and send it to cook!
On another dish we put some potatos and a little bit of the juice from the oven plate. We brake it all with a fork and put it on to a pan along with a little bit of water and choped parsley.
We get everything togethe and throw ontop of the salmon.
